Meet the pool commander®️

​Phillip M. Hicks, comes from a long background in the swimming pool industry. Phillip started building gunite swimming pools in 1995 in his hometown of Panama City, Florida. As a young man Phillip quickly excelled in every phase of pool construction, gaining national recognition for his quality workmanship. Phillip noticed a demand for a small conservative swimming pool business in Panama City beach, Florida. So he decided to start a pool business with a core belief of values that truly believes in customer satisfaction. Phillip is married and has two beautiful daughters. He also attends First Baptist Church of Panama City. Today, He personally involves himself in every aspect of our company to make sure that you are getting the best quality pool service and customer satisfaction around. Unlike our competitors, each member of our staff is Certified Pool Operators. This is not a requirement for servicing residential pools, but we believe that each individual swimming pool owner is just as important as any commercial resort swimming pool.
